How can I automate daily transfers between warehouse and retail stores?

We have 3 retail shops and the online store and a warehouse.

The shops are relatively small and we replenish them with items from our warehouse daily.

I provide reports to my store guy that I create from the previous day of sales so he knows what to take.

When he returns these reports, I have to manually transfer them which is currently taking me 30 minutes every evening.

Is there a way to import these transfers?
