How can I automate weekly inventory updates in my bakery?

Hello,

I have been trying to research a way to automatically update stock inventory on a certain day each week.
As we are a bakery, the same quantity is made every week, so those numbers are the same as always at the start of the week.
Does anyone know a way to avoid entering the numbers/quantity manually at the start of each week? Almost like a scheduled input. Are there any plug-ins available, or is there a function in Shopify I am yet to discover?
