How can I automate weekly stock export from a Shopify site?

I would like to export the inventory of a shopify site automatically every week, how can I do this without paying an app? I know that i can export products manually with stocks but I would like to do it automatically and receive a file by email or a google sheet file on google drive. Thanks 🙂
