How can I autoplay muted Youtube videos in the Impulse theme?

I understand that autoplay for videos with sound isn't allowed but I was wondering if there was a way to mute the video I uploaded using a YouTube link and then autoplay that video Then, if the user were to interact with the video, it would start playing sound.
