How can I bulk add a new product option to my online art store?

 Hello all i am currently updating my store with a huge collection of my art & photography i need to add another option in the drop down box to all of my existing products "Other Product" so if i add anymore products my customers can choose that option, so that in the future i can add more products to " the eager beever printshop" how do i add the option to all of my existing products rather than doing it one by one ? Have a look at the link below, you will see that i have a list of products to choose such as canvas, framed prints ect, i just need "other product" adding to the product option list, in all of my products in most of the collections on the website apart from square cushions, round wall art and the eager beever printing shop, i am not good at editing code is there a way on shopify and if not how can i get it done for me, the thought of doing it 1 by one is stressing me out PLEASE HELP
