How can I bulk export reviews from Shopify?

Hi I used "Alireviews" to import reviews from amazon to Shopify and now I need my products and reviews downloaded in bulk on a CSV file but the only issue is that the only way to download them is thru the "Product Review" app from Shopify but in that app, it doesn't show any reviews I imported...

Anyone with any ideas please let me know.

Any reviews you have will be stored on a server outside of your Shopify store, you just have to find which app is storing those reviews, and request how to download.

Sounds like "Alireviews", I would contact them and ask them how to export your reviews to CSV. If they don't have your reviews stored, then I would contact your product reviews app.

I asked already Alireviews they told me they only have bulk import, not export. And what do you mean by asking the product review app the place from where I imported the reviews originally?

Data like this is stored on a server, your Shopify store doesn't have database capabilities that you can use (outside of store functions like products, images, etc).

So any data you imported like this will be stored on an app's server somewhere. You'll have to communicate with the app storing that data for them to release that data to you.

If Alirevies imported the data, they know where it's stored. They can answer your questions.
