How can I cancel my ongoing payments on Shopify?

I registered to spotify 3-4 months ago, and I regretted trying to do drop shipping. I seemingly ensure that I canceled the paying plan for I won't pay without even using the platform you know... 

thought it worked, but now I see in my credit card purchases details that I paid on shopify like 80$(in two months together) for nothing!

When I enter my Shopify account it tells me to select a plan(paying) for  trying to build my store and stuff - wich means seemingly I don't pay now... So WTH? How to cancel it? 

I must do it as soon as possible!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'd be happy to provide some assistance with refund requests, to ensure this gets resolved.

 

If you have confirmed that your shop has been deactivated but continue to receive charges, you can connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to get you authenticated, as we wouldn't have access to any account details through the Community. They will be able to investigate further and determine where that charge is coming from.

  • Head over to our Contact Page
  • Enter 'Can't log in' into the chat box.
  • Select the 'I still need help' option
  • Select the 'Account Support' prompt to view our available support options.
