How can I cancel my subscription if I can't access my account?

I keep getting billed for the subscription but I don’t have a store running and I it won’t let me login to deactivate it so I just get these bills for no reason. How do I stop this?

Being billed for an inactive Shopify subscription is understandable frustration. While logging in to deactivate seems ideal, here are options:

- Contact Shopify Support: Explain your situation and inability to log in. Phone, live chat, or email are available.
- Check your payment method: Stop future charges directly through your credit card issuer or bank. Past charges might require contacting them.
