How can I change a customer's shipping address after fulfillment?

Hi i have a costumer needing to chabge there shipping address after it has been fulfilled. The label has been printed and i would like to change address and reprint label please help!

I understand that you need to change the shipping address and that the shipping label has been printed. Just to confirm, has the package been sent? Or, was it only the order status that says "fulfilled"?

 

If the package hasn't been fulfilled, then you can simply void the shipping label and/or cancel the fulfillment. After that, you can edit the customer's shipping address and purchase a new shipping label. However, it's important to note that you can only void the shipping labels if:

 

  • It has been less than 30 days since you bought the label.
  • There have been no tracking events on the label, such as the shipping carrier accepting the shipment.
