How can I change multiple fonts in a single text block?

Please can anyone advise me how to change font in one text-block as shown in enclosed video. I am using the theme Flow of Eight Themes. I am experienced in using html and css, but completely new with json, liquid etc. So have some knowledge but limited in customizing Shopify theme. Thanks in advance.
