How can I change my shipping details to free shipping on my store?

Hello,

I have a shopify store and would like to now have free shipping. At the moment each product page has " shipping calculated at checkout" How can I change this to "free shipping?" I have gone into settings, shipping and delivery, manage rates, I deleted all rates and created a new one which is Free Shipping. This hasn't changed anything on my store product pages??? Any help would be very appreciated, thank you.

Free shipping as the default shipping rate

You can set free shipping to be your default shipping rate on all orders. This method makes managing your shipping rates easier, and still lets you add additional paid shipping rates for certain products or orders over certain values or weights.

Steps:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery.

2. Next to General shipping rates, click Manage.

3. For each shipping zone, add the free shipping rate:

   1. Click Add rate.
   2. Enter the name for the rate.
   3. Make sure that the value of the Price field is 0.

4. Click Done, and then click Save.

Clean your cache and check....

You should add the free shipping rate "0" for each shipping zone from your "Settings > Shipping and delivery"

Follow the steps to fix this issue. 

1. Go to your Shopify Admin page and select “Online Store>Themes”.
2. Next to your theme name, click three dots.

1. From the drop-down menu, select “ “edit default theme content”.
2. You’ll see multiple options. Select the “Cart” tab.
3. Scroll down, and you’ll see “Taxes and shipping at checkout” underneath the text, you want to remove.

1. Select the “Product ” tab and edit the same field as seen in the below screenshot.

1. Delete the “Shipping calculated at checkout” text.
2. Replace it with whatever text you want.
3. Click “Save”.
