How can I change the name of a shipping method without altering rates?

Hi,

I want to change the shipping method name but still retain the rates. Currently we are using UPS and it will show UPS® Ground, etc. But I want UPS® Ground to be Standard Shipping. Here is a screen shot of what I have. 

I just want to change the name. Is there a way to do this in the code of the theme? Or maybe some applications?
