How can I check if my shopify website has been hacked?

How to know if this is true or is a scam? THanks

Is your website hosted on Shopify, and who did you receive this email from? Are you able to provide any screenshots? When I try to visit this site, it doesn't seem connected. Is it possible for you to access your store or admin at all?

Hello!

Find the email received attached. The email is from a customer, but not shopify customer. SO it seems rather that they hacked my customer email, then they contacted us through that to blackmail us. But actually, I could enter my shop www.us.glo910.com with no issue and already changed the password.
