Hello,
I always have a number 1 showing on my order icon because I can not clear an old order that was canceled and I don't know how to get rid of it.
On my order page the date, customer name, sale price are crossed out, says payment pending in orange, unfulfilled.
on the sale page of the transaction it says PayPal transaction pending.
Any help on how to clear this would be very helpful .

I'd love to collect a little more information here - based on that I'll have a better idea as to whether what you're seeing is expected behaviour or if there are any next steps I can recommend.
If I've replicated what you've described correctly, then cancelling the order (even one that was previously pending payment) should remove it from your open orders. That said, if you're willing and able to include any screenshots of what you're seeing on your end, that would be a great help!
Notice that when I cancel the order (from the individual order page itself, More actions > Cancel order) the orange bubble that previously said "Pending payment" has changed to "Canceled" and "Voided" on both pages. It sounds like yours is still reading "Pending payment" though, is that correct? Can you confirm that you've followed those same steps to officially cancel the order?

Thank you for your reply.
I canceled the order a few months back.
On the individual order page, under more actions, there is no cancel options to select.
I notice that the amount listed though is only the shipping charge, might this be part of the issue to resolve?

When you visit your PayPal account, do you still see a pending payment of $21.01? If so, is there an opportunity to cancel it on that end?

Feel free to share our thread here for reference, though I imagine access to your Order status page will be more than enough context.
