I want to permanently delete my acct in its entirety not just in the deactivated MODE? I can not find support from shopify support crew, so here I am? Please help!!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with deactivating your shop, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding
To share some insight, you can refer to our Pausing or Deactivating Your Store documentation for steps on how to successfully close down your shop. This will ensure the online shop is no longer active, but have the option to re-open if you'd like to begin selling again. All shop information is guaranteed for 2 years.
If however, you're looking to erase all shop data from the platform, you will want to connect with us directly. Prior to connecting with us, please ensure your shop has been deactivated and your subscription has been canceled. To complete this, you can:
Head to Settings > Plan, your Shopify admin.
Click Deactivate store.
If applicable, review the options to switch to the Pause and build plan, or start a new store.
If you still want to deactivate, then click Deactivate store.
Select a reason for the deactivation, and then click Continue.
Enter your password, and then click Deactivate now.
Once completed, you can head over to our Contact Page to have our advisor team take a closer look into this request.
