How can I completely erase my e-commerce account?

I want to delete my whole Shopify Account. 
Any idea how? I haven't found any solution yet.

This is PostPurchaseSurvey.com - the easiest Post Purchase Survey solution on the market. This is what I found on deactivating your store:

If you don't want to run your online store anymore, then you can deactivate it at any time. After you deactivate your store, you won't have access to your Shopify admin. If you want to log back in, then you will have to enter your credit card details and reactivate your store.

If you deactivate your online store, then you can't create a new online store that uses the same myshopify domain. You can create a new store that is branded with the same name, but your myshopify domain is unique to each store.

Steps:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Plan.

2. Click Cancel subscription or Pause or deactivate store.

3. If applicable, review the options to pause your subscription, or start a new store.

4. If you still want to deactivate, then click Cancel subscription and close store or Deactivate store.

5. Select a reason for the deactivation, and then click Continue.

6. Enter your password, and then click Close store or Deactivate now.

You receive an email to confirm that your store's deactivated. You can still re-open your store or view your past bills, and your store's information is guaranteed for 2 years. You can also re-open your store and pause your plan.

If you wish to cancel your subscription and close your Shopify store, going through the steps that @PurchaseSurvey shared is the best way to move forward. While deactivating your store will stop the fees and take your Shopify website down, your account information will be kept so you have the option to reactivate your store within two years and pick up where you left off. If you wish to have your website, shop data, and personal data permanently deleted, you can submit a request for this by visiting https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V and creating a support ticket.

Hello There,

This is what many people misunderstood: I dont want to delete any shop/website.

I want to delete all my profile connections to shopify. Means I don't want an shopify account anymore.

Hi @LeSmoke Just came upon this thread as I was looking to help others with this request. Just for your information, we have a Privacy Portal where you can post a submission to remove all your personal data and connections to Shopify, and delete your account. Hope this helps !
