How can I contact customer service to cancel my subscription?

How can I cancel my subscription?  This has been an absolute nightmare.  I can not get to an admin page, I’m not even sure how I got an account.  Please someone help me get out of this nightmare, so they will stop stealing my money.

Typically, stores can be closed by the Account Owner using the instructions listed on this guide. However, seeing as you mentioned you don't have access to your Shopify admin, you'll need to get in touch with our live support team so that we can help look into the situation closer from our end, and help you with cancelling your subscription.

 

To get in touch with our team, you'll need to login to your store via our Help Center here. If you can't login to your store on the Help Center either, please select the 'I don't have an account' option to bypass the login page. After that, select a topic that best fits your query or situation. From there, you'll be taken to a page with a list of relevant support articles, and you can scroll to the bottom of that page to select your preferred contact method with our team. Our team will be able to further assist from there.
