How can I contact support if pausing my account isn't an option?

How do I get in contact with the Support Team, as my support links are reverting me back to the community forum option?  I need to speak to someone about pausing my account so that I may work on it.

You should be able to pause and build for a minimal monthly fee, I believe it is around $9/mo, but without that you cannot pause and continue building out the content for the storefront as far as I am aware.

 

Another approach could be to set up a Partner account and start a development store as you can build that without paying for it until you are ready to take it live. When you do take it live you would need to contact Support to remove the referral credit because you are not allowed to refer yourself and gain income from it.

In order to put your store on the Pause and Build plan your store needs to be on a paid plan and at least 60 days past the free trial period. If you don't see the option to go onto the Pause and Build plan in the Plan page of your Shopify admin, there's a chance your store hasn't met the mentioned criteria. You can only pause your store if it meets them.
