How can I convert PNG files for my online store?

I am trying to convert my digital download PNG files to something else that my Shopify store will accept. Does anyone know how I can do this? I downloaded a document converter, but it still shows error..

If you are using an unsupported format, or need to bundle files together under one download, I suggest placing your files to a .zip file or another archive file format under a single file name.
