Hello! I was to fast and wrote the wrong number how can i change it?

I understand you have entered the wrong 'Organization Number' and now wish to change it. Would it be possible to further elaborate on the section of your Shopify admin you are referring to?

 

It sounds like you may have been setting up Shopify Payments, and entered wrong information relating to your business, and now cannot verify your documents because the information doesn't match. If that is the case, then you won't be able to change that yourself and you will need to reach out to our support team by using this link here. We can take a look at that for you and help you get it changed to the correct one!

 

Perhaps you are a Shopify Partner and are referring to a Partner Organization number? For most Partner related queries you can reach out to Partner support by clicking into the Support tab in your Partner Dashboard.

Hello Rick! I entered our organization number wrongly when we were setting up our Shopify payments. We put the wrong code and would like to change it!

Thanks for replying to confirm that this is in relation to your Shopify Payments setup process.

 

In that case, you won't be able to manually change this number yourself as once you submit the business details they are saved in the Shopify Payments setup.

 

I would love to help you change this number here, however on the Shopify Community we are unable to access your account. You will need to reach out to our support team using this link as explained above. One of our support advisors will collect the necessary information and pass this request over to our Verification team who can help you get this changed to the correct information.
