when signing up to Shopify I entered the wrong date of birth and didn't realise. I'm struggling to find a way to change it so that I can start to accept payments on my website. I've looked on countless posts on here and all of them get a response like use the live chat room, but I ask the live chat room the question and it just says we don't have that feature. What do I do now. Would be really appreciative if someone could help me change it.

I understand you need to update your date of birth in your Shopify Payments account. There's no way to do this within your admin, so what you read on the other Community posts is correct, you do need to create a support ticket and speak with our support team to update your date of birth.
Now, I'd love to help you get connected with our support team and ensure you get the support you need. From here, you can visit our Help Center and chat with the AI assistant again. Then, type in account support and click Chat with a Support Advisor as shown on this screenshot. This should start a chat and allow you to proceed with your support request. If you still have trouble getting connected, let me know and I'll help you further!

When I click chat with a support advisor it comes up with the screen shot attached.
Thanks for the update, @Kyle1822. This isn't supposed to be happening so let's troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing. There's a possibility that a local issue is preventing you from getting through to our support team. Local issues are triggered by something on your device or your surrounding circumstances and they can be fixed by local troubleshooting. Could you please try performing the steps below and attempt to speak with our support team after going through each step?
