How can I create a custom sustainability report for my online orders?

Hello, 

My organization is pulling together information for a sustainability audit. 

So, for the year 2019, I need to find a report that will show the location of all our online orders (ideally by Postcode), the weight of each shipment, and the cost of each shipment. Something like this:

Date	Order number	Customer name/ID	City	Postcode	Weight	cost of shipment
e.g. 1/1/19	#5019	76894792038	Portsmouth	(e.g.) PO1 767	1lb	£3.50

I think we have a fairly basic package but I'm reluctant to upgrade and find out I still can't have this custom report - looking for any advice on how to pull this together.
