How can I create a monthly subscription plan with limited service uses?

Hello

I want to offer a subscription plan for an amount of times u can Use a service/product.
For example u buy a montly base subsciption with 3 uses, so i can order 3 times a mechanic to my home for example and after i used the 3 credits and called the mechanic 3 times a month, the store tells me that i have no more credits for the mechanic available so i have to wait till next month when my subscription renews.Is this possible?
