How can I create a separate page for new categories in my online store?

in my store, i have menu, like "shoes, dresses, bags, watches, and recently i have added kitchen appliances and computer accessories"

as you see kitchen appliances and computer are not belonging to other type of categories.

so, i need to move this menu to separated page or template or anything,, i need to hid it from my default store.

i need the new page to be like a new store, with main menu for kitcheck appliance and computer accessories catgories

how can i do that?

Let me know if I'm correct, You want to show different menu at pages based on type?

If I understood it correct yes you can do that using the custom code where you can change the navigation at template level.
