How can I create English SKU's and integrate them into a B2B marketplace?

So today we were accepted to a B2B marketplace - but before we can celebrate - a technical puzzle waits for a solution.

You see - our store is Turkish language and public. 

The B2B marketplace requires currency in $$ and English language product descriptions.

Is there a way we can:

1) Create English language SKU's

2) Link to PayPal

3) Integrate these SKU's into the marketplace?

These products would be private, only accessible by link, ideally.
