How can I customize email notifications for different gift vouchers?

Good morning community,

I need to create several gift vouchers:
- Gift voucher
- Rental package
- Course

I would like to customize the email notification associated with the gift vouchers, however, I tried to insert the line_items variable instead of the "gift voucher" text but it doesn't work.

How can I solve this?

What I am interested in achieving:
If a customer purchases the "sup course" gift voucher, in the notification email they should not receive the gift box image (original template), and instead of the text "here is your gift voucher" "here is your sup course" should appear.
