How can I customize new order notification email code to print specific information?

New order email notification layout... Is there a way to write code so specific bits of information appears on certain parts of the layout? I am wanting to use intergrated labels paper so the shipping address appears along with a card message so they print on a specific parts of the paper. I know basic coding but it's al self taught and am a bit out of my depth with this one
