How can I customize payment icons and design product pages in my theme?

Hi Support,

I am having issues with my theme first of all I would like to customize the accepted payment icons and secondly, I would like to design my product pages and also group my items by brands in the menu section but it's not working well this theme is suppose to be premium and easy to use but I keep going back and forth with the process I would really appreciate if you can assist me with this process.
