How can I customize the order confirmation emails on my website?

Can anyone explain to me how to change confirmation emails. Like if someone orders off my website they’ll currently get a big Shopify branded email is there a way to change that?

That would be in <your-thingi>.myshopify.com/admin/settings/notifications
