How can I delete a superimposed text box on my Vantage theme homepage?

How do I remove a text box that is superimposed upon a video on my homepage? My store was built using Vantage theme

Hi, @kbuzz. I'm happy to look into this with you! Can you tell me more about the section you're using?

Since this is a third party theme I won't know much about the sections and settings they have available. That being said, I tried it out on my end using the Background video section and I was able to remove the text box by deleting all of the content within in. To do this go into your theme editor and click the the section you want to edit. This will open all of the settings for that section. From here, remove any text from the Heading and Subheading settings. Then you can click the X next to the button link under the Link setting, to remove the button link. I've included some screenshots below to help explain what I mean.

I went to sections, background-video.liquid and all I saw was code. I  don't see what you see

It sounds like you may have gone into your code editor instead of your theme editor. To get to your theme editor you'll want to go to Online store > Themes > Customize (next to the theme you want to edit). From here, you should be able to see what I explained in my earlier reply. This guide on editing themes using your theme editor can help you out with this. I'd also recommend this guide on using sections and blocks.
