How can I delete 'Follow Us' from my website footer?

Hi Everyone,

I have been trying to remove the Follow Us from the footer.  When I go to the footer menu everything is listed except the follow us.  Any thoughts or suggestions? I have read through the other replies to similar messages but as stated the follow us does not appear in the footer menu Thanks!
