How can I differentiate B2B and B2C customers in a new online store?

Hi, i have a quick question....

I am building a new store for a customer. He want to sell his products b2c and also b2c.

How can i manage them that the b2b customers have access to the store (with mail and password) and have different prices then b2c etc... is there any option or must i use an app for this?

if yes, can you prefer any app?

it would be great if anyone can help me without using any app for this....
