How can I disable the checkout box in the Shella theme?

Hi, I'm using the Shella theme because I had numerous issues with the Empire theme, and I ultimately decided to change all.I mean theme ,account,all. I wanted to start from 0.

Anyway lets go to the point, I want to disable the box you need to press if you wanna press checkout.( check the screenshot I add). Thanks in advance!
