How can I display 'Free Shipping' under product prices on the dawn theme?

How can I place the words "Free Shipping" right underneath the product price on all product pages.

I'm using the dawn theme.

I tried adding a code to the sections/product-template.liquid

But I found that the product-template.liquid file in my sections folder does not exist .

1: Online store > themes > Customize

2: And you can add 'Text' block under price
