How can I dynamically change collection page titles based on filters?

Hi all,

I want to edit my Shopify collections page so that when you select a certain value from the filters it will change the page title by ADDING that value.

For example, if my page was Rucksacks and I selected 'Black' from a colour filter, I'd like the on-page title to change to 'Black Rucksacks', and so on.

I've seen this in action on other sites — not necessarily Shopify, but I'd like to know if it's possible.
