How can I edit Arabic language settings in the Dawn theme?

Hello, I have a multi language website (English and Arabic)

When I change the language to Arabic, the checkout pages is not fully translated also I can't edit the translations.

Is there a way I can do that? 

( to notice, I tried to go to edit languages, but there is no option to edit it for Arabic)

..

Also, how can I access the CSS file of the customer information form in the checkout?

Arabic translations (System, Themes & Notifications) and RTL (Right-to-Left) layout are not supported by default by Shopify, so you need to create them by yourself

Fortunately there is a solution for you to use, check Mwwared

And a Shopify App for Email Notifications : Shopify Customers Notification App
