Hello everyone ! I have an all-inclusive collection of products. I want to edit the URL - Title - Description and Image, where do I go? I went into the collections but didn't find a collection with the all-attribute attribute. If someone encounters this case. Can you guide me?
Hello,
You will need to create a new collection called 'All' and the url '/collections/all'. This will overwrite the default one and then allow you to change what you need.
Just make sure to add all the products in that you want
Hi Jordanholmes , I am showing the All Product category to the Menu, Under the name Product Selector . If I do as you instruct, will it crash my menu outside of the menu when it overwrites ? My catalog has several filters.
The filters are based on the products that are inside the collection (not the collection itself).
So creating the new all collection will display the same as long as you add all the products to that collection.
If you are not sure or comfortable then you can reach out to me on the experts marketplace (link below) and Ill try and help you out
Hello @NQuan088,
Hello! In Shopify, to edit the URL, title, description, and image of a product, you need to navigate to the "Products" section in your Shopify admin panel.
Follow these steps:
Go to your Shopify admin > Products
Click on the product you want to edit.
Once you're on the product editing page, you can make changes to various attributes:
URL: To edit the URL, scroll down to the "Search engine listing preview" section and click the "Edit website SEO" link. There, you can modify the URL and add a specific URL handle.
Title and Description: The title and description of the product can be edited directly on the product editing page. Locate the "Title" and "Description" fields and update them as desired.
Image: To edit the product image, scroll down to the "Images" section and click on the "Add image" button or hover over an existing image and click on the "Edit image" button. You can upload a new image or choose from existing ones in your Shopify media library.
Save your changes after making edits.
If you cannot find the specific collection you mentioned, it's possible that it hasn't been created or named correctly. You can create a new collection or review existing collections to ensure the product is assigned to the appropriate collection.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further help.
All the best,
CedCommerce
