Hi,
I have made a page in the pages section on my store and added it to my contact page, now I want to ad a link to some of the text on that text by editing the HTML. I can however not seem to find the file in the edit code section. Is there any way to edit the code of such pages?

You can add links to some of your text from the page editing as shown in the screenshot of yours. Open the Contact page select the text you want to link and click

@deepaksharma is correct that you can use the hyperlink tool in the page content editor to add a new hyperlink to the body of a page. To add onto that, you can also use the code editor </> in the upper right of the text window to manually insert your HTML hyperlink:

If you need to edit content on the page that is outside of this text field, content that is part of the page template itself, that can be done by would be through the theme editor or the theme code in the back end. If that is the case, can you share some more information about where and what you are wanting to change? I can get you some more specific steps for that.
