How can I edit the HTML/CSS for my custom emails?

I want to edit the HTML/CSS of my custom made emails in my email funnel. I am not talking about the default emails you can edit under settings -> notifications. I am talking about the custom made emails made by me under shopifys email application/marketing. How do I get access to this?

Bumping this.... as now I'm getting customer complaints they can't read the dates, since they are turning dark blue. (which of course is the background color of my emails, matching my brand.
