How can I edit the text displayed on my website's browser tab?

I need some help with the browser text that displays please.

In various browsers (Chrome, FF, Safari, Brave etc) my website tabs (all except the home page, which only shows the first and third!) are now displaying three bits of text, as follows:

- The product or page title, as it should.

- Then for some reason it is also adding in "My Company's Name"; not sure why or where this setting is?

- Finally, then the website domain name "MyCompanyName.Com", also as it should.

This makes the whole tab text much too long and so truncates it.

How do I get rid of the middle section, i.e. "My Company's Name" bit, which is redundant?

There must be a means of doing this that I've overlooked??
