How can I effectively edit and organize blog tags in bulk?

We have recently imported over 300 blog posts into Shopify from WordPress. A developer imported all the tags correctly, which is great.

We now want to set up a filter for the blog. One solution is Blog Posts Articles Filter PRO, but we are also looking for other solutions.

To make the filter work we need to find a list of a the blog tags and then edit. I looked in the code but could not see any file that look like a holder for the tags.

We use the Showcase theme.

Any solutions are appreciated.
