How can I effectively swap SKUs in bulk for subscription products?

Good Evening, 

I was wondering if anyone has had experience in bulk editing orders? In particular, I was wondering any best practices on swapping SKUs in an order from one thing to another.

For more context, we have a subscription product where we want to switch what SKU they have since they'll be receiving a different product under their subscription.
