How can I effectively tag order purchases for easier filtering?

I need to tag order purchases so that I can filter and search orders easier. 

Example:

Product Name:

Youth Soccer, Aviara Park, Carlsbad, Ages 4-5

Product Tags:

Youth Soccer, Aviara Park, Carlsbad, Ages 4-5

Customer places and order

Order Number: 2000

Order gets tagged with:

Youth Soccer, Aviara Park, Carlsbad, Ages 4-5

I can go to the order section of Shopify, filter: Aviara Park

All the orders with Aviara Park show up.

You can already Filter by product in Shopify > Orders
