How can I efficiently clone and modify a large navigation menu?

We have a very big menu setup which Ideally I need to clone and make a few changes to, I have seen a number of other posts but with no responses.

There must a be a way I am sure of cloning the navigation menu, I dont want to sit here for hours manually setting up another one as i am sure something will get missed.

Ideally I just want to clone the current one and make a few changed

sorry I do not want to share the URL but basically the navigation menu I have setup in shopify, I just want to copy it and make a few changes

You can use MenuQoL for this, it has a built in 'duplicate menu' feature.
