How can I efficiently create bulk redirects after migrating from WordPress?

Hi,

I have migrated store from WordPress to Shopify.

Now I have to create redirects for 200 products and about 40 other pages. The products titles & other Info are same as earlier.

Is there any efficient way to create redirects? 

And yes, I know to Excel-bulk-file - is any better and more automated?

Some apps maybe?
