How can I eliminate duplicate rich snippets in my product listings?

Hi, I have two rich snippets showing up for product snippets, merchant listings and breadcrumbs. How can I remove the duplicates? I have found one of them in the structured-data.liquid file that I want to keep and there seems to be something in the product__structured-data.liquid file (but when deleted does nothing). I am using a third-party theme from the sandbox called flex. My store is located here: https://www.luxoptions.com/ and here is a screenshot of the rich snippet tester results:
