How can I enable customer login on my basic Shopify plan?

Hello, I have purchased shopifys basic plan. The issue as below.

Shopify dashboard- Settings- does not display "checkout & accounts" option. It only displays "checkout" option.

I want to check "Allow customers to log in from online store and checkout" option under "Customer account setting" heading under "checkout & accounts" setting. But I don't have this feature.

My account is already verified via email.

How to resolve this issue.
