How can I enhance site speed with coding tasks?

hey Shopify, I have been working on our site speed and I have been using this third-party site to help me improve our site speed I have been following what the site has been asking me to do and so far it has improved our speed and I'm really happy about that however I'm stuck with this task which involves coding and I don't really understand what it's asking me to so I was wondering if you guys could give me a hand on explaining how I could finish this task I will leave two links for what the task is asking me to do.

As Shopify is built using liquid, it's a little different.

thanks for your reply, unfortunately for me your link did not explain it in debt i still don't understand how i could elemnate this issue .
