How can I fix a 404 error on my website's homepage?

Hello Everyone

My website went live last week and I am currently working through the pages that for whatever reason can't be indexed in the Google Search Console.

I am very surprised to see that my website home page is coming up under the "Not found (404)" error group.

Please can anyone help me with this?
