How can I fix a checkout page error caused by a faulty code?

Hi there! I have mistakenly putted a code which i found online on itself to add a home page button on my checkout page so that the customer can easily find their way back to home page and it gave me a code and asked to added that code in checkout additional script section but after adding that code now it isn't opening my checkout page so if somebody have faced the exact same problem perviously please help me out here. and if people are looking at this please expedite your help and fix it for me thanks.
